Je tenais à vous signaler en début de semaine un colloque original où je serais avec l’un de nos collaborateurs de Montréal les 10 et 11 novembre prochain: un colloque sur invitation à HEC Montréal sur la thématique des retours d’expériences des années passées sur les communautés de pratique.
Le CEFRIO, le BETA (Bureau d’Economique Théorique et Appliquée) et VOIRIN Consultants sont partenaires avec HEC de la manifestation.
Les retours d’expériences sont fondés sur des entreprises que l’on a été plusieurs à suivre avec HEC et le CEFRIO : Bell Telecom, Ubisoft, IBM Canada, GDF SUEZ, Orange et le Conseil de l’Europe. Dans chacune d’entre elles un travail de recherche / action a été réalisé sur les communautés.
Les réflexions liées ont été plurielles : innovation organisationnelle, créativité, liens avec les systèmes d’information, aménagement et transformation des organisations, cohabitation communautés de pratique et entités hiérarchiques, ouverture des frontières de l’organisation, etc.
Il y a naturellement un lien avec l’écosystème numérique - aussi bien Web qu’Intranet d’ailleurs - dans la mesure où à la fois les solutions technologiques (les solutions Web 2.0 par exemple) restent des supports au cycle de vie et à la vie de la communauté et que dans son rayonnement sur l’Intranet ou l’Internet dans certains cas…

A noter que ces travaux d’étude sur les communautés ne sont pas nouvelles pour moi ou pour nos activités de conseil en organisation ou de conseil en système d’information - au travers de publications, d’évènements, d’articles variés…
